Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers
Booking data: appointment details, messages, reviews
Usage data: pages visited, features used, device info, IP address
Communications: SMS, WhatsApp, and Instagram messages processed through our AI booking agent

Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
Process bookings and payments
Send appointment reminders and notifications
Power the AI booking agent on behalf of Professionals
Communicate with you about your account
Analyze usage to improve our product
Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only in these circumstances:

With other users: your name and profile are visible to booking parties
With service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Twilio (SMS), Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram), OpenAI (AI), OneSignal (push), PostHog (analytics)
For legal compliance: when required by law or court order
Business transfers: in connection with a merger or acquisition

We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI Agent & Messaging

When a Professional enables the AI booking agent, messages sent to their SMS, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM may be processed by OpenAI to generate responses. By booking with a Professional who uses this feature, you consent to this processing. Message history is stored to provide conversation continuity.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
